Her story
“My circumstances were part of my story, but they were never allowed to become the ending.”
Brenda grew up in Pacoima, California, as the daughter of Salvadoran immigrants who came to the United States searching for opportunity and a better future.
As a first-generation Latina, she became the translator, problem solver, and bridge between her family and systems that often felt confusing and inaccessible.
At 17, Brenda became a teen mother. Later came divorce, financial hardship, seasons of uncertainty, and moments when she counted quarters from a jar to make sure her children had something to eat.
Through every difficult season, her faith remained central. Brenda rebuilt, learned, created structure, and turned lived experience into a career helping other people build stronger futures.
Today, she uses her story to remind women that where they begin does not have to determine where they finish.
What audiences leave with
A clearer understanding of money, taxes, structure, and business decisions.
Ideas and tools audiences can begin applying immediately.
Proof that difficult beginnings do not determine final outcomes.
A stronger willingness to decide, take ownership, and move forward.
